After yesterday’s difficult climb up the mountain, we were really excited to skip down-hill all the way down the other side of the mountain into Elijay. Imagine our surprise and dismay when, as it turns out, the way down into Elijay involves quite a many uphill climbs. It was far from the straight down, easy-breezy trip we expected it to be (we thought it’d take about 20 minutes and it actually took almost an hour).
