Name: Tyler
Age: 18
Hometown: Juliette, Ga.
Why he’s at PAYH: In 10th grade, Tyler started abusing substances. His life was headed down a destructive path, and his parents did not know how to help him anymore. His parents realized the Paul Anderson Youth Home could help Tyler turn his life around.
Turning Point: Tyler’s focus was self-centered. He was constantly thinking about using drugs, and he didn’t consider the way his actions affected others. Now, Tyler sees the benefits of being off drugs and spends his time thinking about his promising future.
