Why He’s Here: In 7th grade I started experimenting with marijuana. It took a few years, but over time I began to use harder substances. The problem grew and grew, until after several rides in the back of a police car, my parents decided it was time to intervene by placing me at PAYH.
Turning Point: I ran away one night but changed my mind. I tried to come back, but quickly got lost. Fortunately, it wasn’t long before two of the staff found me and brought me back to PAYH. Soon after I realized it was time to get serious about completing the program.
What He’s Looking Forward to the Most: Seeing new places and new people and completing something that most people never do.
